A Man Stood Upon The Earth, By: Jordan Eze

March 19, 2024 by Jordan Eze

A Man Stood Upon The Earth, By: Jordan Eze

A man stood upon the Earth.

He looked upon the soil and named it safe.
Then prepared himself for more.

He dug a deep hole further further from the soil.
Deep enough, he even forgot its name,
But a golden shiny rope dropped down to let him climb his way back.

Like an enemy of Solomon, he jumped and fell back down.
Again and again….
The rope stayed golden and he managed to escape again.
He fell so far from safe, but still held on to his faith and grace.

If a man builds a bright wall. ever. so. tall.
If this man falls, was the soil so safe after all ?
He hit the highs and felt the lows but he still doesn’t know
The highs and lows come as one but the stable soil is the safest known.
