A Poem For Oxymorons, By: Nathan Mallon

December 23, 2024 by Nathan Mallon

A Poem For Oxymorons, By: Nathan Mallon

It’s old news
But in recent history,
A civil war broke out
In the United Kingdom
It got pretty ugly
And became a tragic comedy
But it’s awfully good
Because we’ve got a
Deeply superficial
Genuine imitation
Of a modern Victorian
Who’s looking for
Brexit benefits
