A Way To Go With Cheese, By: Sylvia Beverly

A Way To Go With Cheese, By: Sylvia Beverly

I sit down to breakfast,
an omelette with cheddar
and Colby jack cheese.
I started to have a grilled American
cheese sandwich, decided with
omelette I would be more pleased.
Seems I want to add cheese to
every meal, cheese adds flavor to
everything, I feel.
Another favorite is mushroom
cheddar cheese quiche.
To this yummy recipe I add a
variety of cheeses, champagne
is silky smooth texture, extra
sharp shedded cheddar adds a
tasty kick, American cheese
makes quiche have a delicious
flavor quite familiar.
Mom used to melt cheese over
fresh broccoli, made that broccoli
taste like a dessert.
A nice party platter is made of a
variety of cheeses and assorted
crackers.
Oooo whew, cannot leave out
Mac and cheese, a fave for many.
A superb favorite for me is
mozzarella cheese pizza sprinkled
with parmesan cheese.
More cheese please.
Cottage cheese, cream cheese,
can not get enough of that cheese.
A way to go with cheese!
