Plough and Pen, By: Andy Paul

May 24, 2024 by Andy Paul

Plough and Pen, By: Andy Paul

Low tiles, bat rendered,
Tallow dark, wick yellow smeared across
Vellum, sepia and faded.
Dirt deep in pen fingered
Head bent, eye tired, yet still
seeking
the words heard in
The long crow call of the
Plough’s wake.
