Unscramble Your Brain, By: Teri Dourmashkin

January 2, 2025 by Teri Dourmashkin

Unscramble Your Brain, By: Teri Dourmashkin

Get out of your head, and into your heart.
Overthinkers rip their own selves apart.
Don’t need an outsider to scramble your brains.
You do it to yourself, scratchy tapes all the same.
Keep turning the wheels inside out.
So much frustration, the obsession just mounts.
I’ve walked that road a million times: only get singed by a thorny vine.
Let it go, give it up to the winds.
Trust your heart, all the answers within.
