Versatile Deliciousness, By: Steven Mcdonald

Versatile Deliciousness, By: Steven Mcdonald

There’s feta and parm
Mozzarella and brie
Gorgonzola and munster
They’re all good to me

Ricotta and cheddar
Cottage and goat
If I had to pick one
Not sure how I’d vote

But I think I’d surely
Be remiss if I didn’t mention
A reuben with swiss

I love the yellows
And all of the white
When they hit my palate
It’s such a delight

Melted or hard
In a cube or a slice
Versatile, delicious
Tasting so nice

On bread or without
On crackers too
My love for cheese
Just grew and grew

I see why a mouse
Would risk his neck
To get a morsel
Or even a speck

I am a connoisseur
Lots of expertise
Years of experience
Devouring all cheese
