White Noise, By: Jerome Berglund

August 8, 2024 by Jerome Berglund

White Noise, By: Jerome Berglund

youth milling
in large group by petrol register
talks loudly about
how his hanging attempt
had gotten thwarted; first spring blossoms

little free library
Paradise Lost
strewn on sidewalk…
return volume to its shelf
should be reviewing

show of lifetime…
Kelsey Grammers off stage
breaking crown –
crowd exits, eagerly speculate about
look forward to replacement

watched kids
snort a hundred grand
better way to lose it
than on dull market
all-inclusive cruises

makes every girl
kiss him while auditioning,
then gets indignant about
my suggestion they write
episode he gets mono
