Revolution, By: Allison Walters Luther

March 31, 2025 by Allison Walters Luther

Revolution, By: Allison Walters Luther

Those who crown the king
rule the world
while those below suffer
at the whims of evil
and the smug disregard of apathy

We will not kiss the rings
of those who mean us harm

So we must
walk the bloody road
breathe the fire of hope
and bind our wounds
until we can fight again

Instead
we weep over our own graves
and swear to Death
we are still alive
